February 4, 2008 - The Chin National Front (CNF), the Chin ethnic armed group fighting the Burmese military regime, has finally agreed to reduce the rate of tax collected from the people in Chin state. The decision was taken following the CNF's central committee meeting held from January 16 to February 2 on the Indo-Burma border.
